What a day! From start to finish I was made to feel the most important person in the room. The selection of dresses on offer was amazing. Michelle was fantastic too, offering alternatives, make suggestions and honest advice. So happy I picked Special Day to find my dream dress.

I visited the shop on Monday with my sister to find the perfect dress for my wedding. I cannot thank Julie enough for her assistance, a lovely lady. I am an older bride and wanted my dress to be age appropriate, simple and elegant. I had a dress in mind which I’d seen online but I tried some others on that Julie suggested. She made me feel at ease and comfortable with it all , and knew exactly what I wanted from a dress. I did purchase the dress that I had originally seen and im over the moon with it. I would absolutely recommend this shop to any bride. I look forward to going back when my dress comes in to have my alterations/fitting done. We had the an amazing experience! The lady from the shop (sorry I can’t remember her name) was so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and what I liked the most was I didn’t feel pressured into buying something that I wasn’t 100% sure on. When we purchased the dress, the Prosecco was a lovely touch, it definitely felt like something worth celebrating. It was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend to other bride to be’s.

Brilliant staff! Were incredibly helpful when choosing my bridal dress. They have a lovely selection, not over priced. The staff were not pushy like some bridal shops can be. Dorota was amazing! she made me feel so comfortable and was very experienced with tailoring. I had so many compliments on my dress on the day and absolutely loved wearing it. I highly recommended this bridal shop & loved the staff. My mum also bought her outfit here which was also beautiful. Thank you! X

I had the best experience at Special Day. Firstly Dorota was so welcoming and friendly, I instantly felt comfortable with her. We went though what I thought I wanted and what she would recommend. Really helpful staff, not pushy or pressurising which makes for a much more relaxed feel and takes the stress out of the appointment. They couldn’t do anymore to help, super intuitive and understood the feel I was looking for with the first dresses pulled out. Thank you for a wonderful day and for helping me find my beautiful Mother of the Bride outfit. My personal stylist, Julie, was an absolute star and made the whole process so easy and relaxing. She made me feel very welcome the minute I arrived (I was 30 minutes late!) and at no point made me feel rushed with the time we had left. I ended up buying the first outfit I tried on, and it was picked by Julie and something I probably would not have chosen for myself!  She helped match up a beautiful hat and I just knew this was the one. Julie gave professional and constructive advice, and I honestly believe I would not have found my outfit without her help. A lovely shop with really lovely Staff. Thank you again.

Being a plus size girl I was so worried about getting my wedding dress but special day made it such a lovely experience. Lovely staff you felt at ease at all times and they have beautiful dresses. We had our wedding day on 14th May and it was beautiful and I looked and felt like a queen so that you special day .
