I cannot thank Special Day Bridal enough – especially the lovely Marie – who has been so incredibly supportive and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience from trying on different dresses to finding the special one. They have a massive selection of dresses in so many styles and for every bride – there is something for everyone! It has truly been a lovely, stress-free experience – nothing is too much and I absolutely love my dress. Thanks so much to Marie for all your care and for being so friendly x

My daughter was so excited to find her perfect dress. Special Day did not disappoint. Dorata looked after us from the moment we stepped into the shop on our first visit. We had the private suite to ourselves and Dorata wowed us with her expertise and friendly nature. My daughter was made to feel very special as every bride to be should. We returned the following Saturday with Mum in Law and my daughter said ‘Yes to the dress’. Special Day is special place and I would urge any future bride to step into this magical place. Highly recommended.

This was the 3rd shop I went to and a wonderful experience. All staff are lovely and helpful. No pressure. Massive selection which I hadn’t realised before how big they are. Lots of very reasonable prices dresses. I tried on a large selection and came back to confirm once I’d thought about it. All the fittings and follow ons were seamless. Can’t recommend enough!

I walked into the shop with my sister feeling quite emotional. Our mum passed away unexpectedly last year leaving us completely devastated. Obviously this was one of the things we all wanted to do together… Wedding Dress shopping!! Doing this without her made it even more difficult, I also felt nervous having no idea of the dress I wanted.
I was greeted by Marie who was so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. After trying on so many different styles of dresses I was left feeling completely overwhelmed and still unsure what dress I wanted but managed to narrow it down to two! There was no pressure from Marie for me to decide there and then, so she made a 2nd appointment for me to go back to try the two dresses on again. A week later I went back and met Marie. I tried on my two dresses and knew instantly which one I wanted and there were tears all round! Not only did she help find my perfect dress but also helped finding the perfect veil to go with it. I would highly recommend this store in Keynsham to anyone looking to find a wedding dress and I personally would like to say a very big Thank you to Marie for helping me saying ‘Yes to the dress!’

Thank you to Marie and everyone at Special Day for helping us pick out the most beautiful mother of the bride dress and hat. My mum looked absolutely stunning on my wedding day, & she felt amazing in her outfit! Our experience at the shop was exceptional. I booked an appointment for my mum, my sister in law and I to come in and take a look at some dresses in March, and we all fell in love with the dress that she choose, it was perfect and she had to buy it. My mum throughly enjoyed the experience, Marie was so lovely and helpful with picking out dresses that suited her and made suggestions with accessories. & then we all had a glass of bubbly to celebrate – thank you!

I visited the shop on Monday with my sister to find the perfect dress for my wedding. I cannot thank Julie enough for her assistance, a lovely lady. I am an older bride and wanted my dress to be age appropriate, simple and elegant. I had a dress in mind which I’d seen online but I tried some others on that Julie suggested. She made me feel at ease and comfortable with it all , and knew exactly what I wanted from a dress. I did purchase the dress that I had originally seen and im over the moon with it. I would absolutely recommend this shop to any bride. I look forward to going back when my dress comes in to have my alterations/fitting done. We had the an amazing experience! The lady from the shop (sorry I can’t remember her name) was so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and what I liked the most was I didn’t feel pressured into buying something that I wasn’t 100% sure on. When we purchased the dress, the Prosecco was a lovely touch, it definitely felt like something worth celebrating. I recently said yes to the dress at special day bridal and I had such a wonderful experience! They have a fabulous variety of wedding dresses and there is definitely something to suit every bride in the collections they stock. I had the lovely Dorota as my stylist and she made me feel so welcomed, at ease and special. Nothing was too much trouble and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I had already browsed through online and chosen my favorite gowns and when I got there they were all ready to go hanging on a rail for me but she also gave me some time to have a browse through all the dresses in the store which I appreciated.
Dorota was a delight throughout my whole appointment and I knew she understood my vision of the type of dress I was looking for and she chose the perfect veil to compliment it. I had a great experience wedding dress shopping here. Jackie was so helpful and and professional in helping me to select and compare dresses. Lots of choice of beautiful gowns within both the ‘take home today’ rack and the ‘to order’ dresses. Nothing was rushed and there was no pressure to choose/ buy. I highly recommend and expect we shall be back to look at mother of the bride outfits!

Really helpful staff, not pushy or pressurising which makes for a much more relaxed feel and takes the stress out of the appointment. They couldn’t do anymore to help, super intuitive and understood the feel I was looking for with the first dresses pulled out. Brilliant staff! Were incredibly helpful when choosing my bridal dress. They have a lovely selection, not over priced. The staff were not pushy like some bridal shops can be. Dorota was amazing! she made me feel so comfortable and was very experienced with tailoring. I had so many compliments on my dress on the day and absolutely loved wearing it. Thank you for a wonderful day and for helping me find my beautiful Mother of the Bride outfit. My personal stylist, Julie, was an absolute star and made the whole process so easy and relaxing. She made me feel very welcome the minute I arrived (I was 30 minutes late!) and at no point made me feel rushed with the time we had left. I ended up buying the first outfit I tried on, and it was picked by Julie and something I probably would not have chosen for myself!  She helped match up a beautiful hat and I just knew this was the one.
