Here at Special Day Bridal we operate by appointment only, allowing us to guarantee you a personal and friendly service, helping you in every way we can in the comfort of our shop.

BRIDAL APPOINTMENTS
When you book your appointment (1 ½ hours) you will receive an email confirming your request, please can you make sure this is received (check your spam) as sometimes we cannot guarantee this request, for Bridal you will need to complete the Wedding Registration form in the confirmation email, also to help your Stylist we would like you to choose 6 dresses from our website and email your choice to us, you of course can browse all our gowns on your appointment. Please note there is a £25 fee on Saturdays which is redeemable when you order – to book a Saturday appointment you will need to pay within 48 hours to secure your appointment, if not received and we have another Bride on our wait list then the appointment will automatically be offered to her – details how to pay will be on your email confirmation.

Saturdays are our busiest day and we have a wait list, so if the time you require is not available we would suggest you call to check as we may have had a cancellation or we can put you on our wait list.
Please note no fee is required for weekday appointments.
Our bridal suites accommodate you plus 3 guests, but we also have a private suite to accommodate more guests, please request this if required and if it is available we will confirm.

OCCASION WEAR APPOINTMENTS
When you book your appointment (1 hour) you will receive an email confirming your request together with information regarding the appointment and how it works – please can you make sure this is received (check your spam) if for any reason we cannot fulfil your request we will contact you to offer an alternative appointment, please note there is no fee for appointments.
